Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Head of Kitchen to join our team in the West Suffolk region, specifically in Bury St Edmunds. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and preparing all food items to a high standard while traveling to various locations within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading kitchen operations and staff
- Preparing and cooking food items
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Traveling to different locations within the West Suffolk region
Requirements:
- Level 2 Food Certification (training for Level 3 will be provided)
- Must have own transport
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
