Responsibilities
- Liaise effectively with nominated customers to ensure all requirements are met in line with their SOPs, capturing all details accurately and on time in accordance with internal procedures.
- Update SOPs and internal operating procedures whenever service changes occur.
- Attend customer meetings when required and maintain a high standard of service and relationship management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries from internal colleagues, customs, and customers.
Requirements
- Ideally, experience within logistics, supply chain, or working knowledge of UK customs regulations; however, full training will be provided for less experienced candidates.
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive, helpful attitude.
- Good IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
