About the role
Providing support to pre-construction services and Construction Design Management (CDM) and the Building Safety Act (BSA) functions of the team. You will be working closely with the Associate Director and engaging with our internal design teams to coordinate the pre-construction phase of the project. You will also be engaging with external sub-consultants and helping to build professional relationships with daily communication with the sub-consultants to gain quotes, issue purchase orders and control a tracker for each project to ensure deliverables are being met.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with internal and external teams to support RIBA stage developments.
- Support in developing and maintaining procedures, processes and documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Director, including updating trackers and ensuring works are undertaken.
- Provide external quotes to clients in a timely manner.
- Deal with sub-consultants, gain competitive quotes and build relationships.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout the business to collate and produce relevant information, including Vertas Group functions such as HSQE, Finance, Legal, Social Value and Sustainability, and Procurement.
- Update the training matrix and assist in identifying courses and booking team members onto courses.
- Ensure CPD sessions are communicated and coordinated to the teams, booking meeting rooms for training sessions and coordinating details and information.
- Work with the internal Marketing team to support business development.
