Role Overview
The Business Support Coordinator will coordinate processes that support the delivery of services within the MASH department, which handles child and adult safeguarding referrals.
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of specific processes in the service area, including administrative, financial, IT, and HR processes.
- Data gathering and preparation for referrals.
- Triage referrals for safeguarding and providing feedback on referrals.
- Producing daily statistics for the team.
- Producing letters and responding to incoming communication.
- General administrative support, including room bookings and stationary ordering.
- Diary management: making appointments, arranging and preparing for meetings, and taking minutes.
