About the Role:
Based in Ipswich, you will be working within our systems team, supporting the administration and maintenance of multiple business applications. You will play a key role in ensuring systems run smoothly, resolving issues, and supporting projects that help improve how we work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and supporting various business systems and applications
- Troubleshooting system issues and resolving user queries
- Producing bespoke reports for key stakeholders
- Supporting system projects, including onboarding new customers
- Maintaining high standards across administrative processes
- Creating and following user guidance documentation
- Acting as a customer focused first point of contact
- Raising and managing support tickets with third parties
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Driving improvements and helping enhance system efficiency
Who are we looking for?
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- A willingness to learn new systems and develop technical knowledge
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
- Experience working in a customer focused environment
