Opus People Solutions are looking for an In-House Recruitment Consultant to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of permanent recruitment strategies, processes and relationship management skills to effectively fulfil our staffing needs.
What will the day to day look like?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, for permanent blue and white collar roles. From advertising roles, screening candidates to arranging interviews and offers. The essential of this role is to be able to build proactive, trusted relationships with hiring managers, understanding recruitment needs, geographical locations and securing top talent.

What skills we require:
- Proven recruitment experience in-house/high-volume recruitment role (preferably within Facilities Management or Blue Collar)
- Highly motivated with a demonstrable passion for recruitment & people
- Driven by process improvement and innovative thinking
- Work effectively & independently under pressure prioritising a varied workload depending on business requirements and needs.
- Highly organised with great customer service skills
- To be able to travel when required between client sites. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
