Vertas is seeking a Development Chef to join our catering team in Rainworth, NG21 0HJ.
The role is full time (37 hours) with a focus on delivering innovative, nutritionally balanced school menus that meet School Food Standards.
You will support menu development, recipe testing, allergen management, and cost-aware meal planning while maintaining digital recipe and nutrition records.
Travel between sites may be required.
