Vertas is looking for an Assistant Chef based at Bedgebury Café, Goudhurst, Kent. The role is 30 hours per week, across 4 days on a rota, with shifts 08:00–16:00.
You will prepare food to site standards, manage your station, and ensure safety and hygiene while supporting stock management and a collaborative kitchen team. We require proven chef experience, knowledge of cooking methods, and strong communication and time-management skills.
