Are you passionate about cleaning, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service? Vertas is looking for a dedicated Cleaner to join our Facilities Team.
Hours and Location
Based at English Martyr Catholic Academy, NG10 4DA you will be working 15 hours per week, Mon - Fri 3pm - 6pm, 40 weeks per year.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning toilets and washrooms
- Wiping down tables and surfaces
- General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas
- Hoovering and mopping floors
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Enhanced DBS check required – if you do not currently hold one, you must be willing to obtain it
- Great communication skills and experience in a similar cleaning setting
- Team player providing excellent service across the Vertas Group
- Ability to make the best decisions with Vertas in mind
- Ability to adapt and respond to change in a growing organisation
