About the Role

Based in Chelmsford, CM1, you will be working 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday 4pm – 8pm, 52 weeks per year. You will play a key role in providing high‑quality cleaning services to ensure our clients’ environments are spotless, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise cleaning operations across designated sites
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Support and cover cleaning staff during absences
  • Respond to urgent cover needs across the region

Qualifications

  • Great communication skills and experience in a similar cleaning setting
