As a CCTV Operator at Oakpark Security, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team working on a continental shift pattern. Your primary responsibility will be the vigilant monitoring of our clients' sites across the country through their CCTV systems. This role involves meticulous reporting, conducting comprehensive checks of the camera systems, and promptly reporting any identified faults. Collaboration with onsite security teams and effective communication in the event of incidents will be essential.

  • Working Hours: 42 hours per week, 12 hour shifts (0600-18:00, 18:00-0600)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor clients' sites via CCTV systems with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough checks of the camera systems, reporting any faults promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with onsite security teams, providing support and information.
  • Report findings accurately and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies, following established protocols.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold Oakpark Security's standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and technology.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • SIA Licence - Security Guarding, Door Supervision or CCTV.
  • A willingness to undertake the SIA CCTV Licence (fully funded).
