About the Role: Based at West Suffolk House, Western Way, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 3YU you will work 12.5 hours a week, from 16:30pm to 19:00pm, Monday to Friday. Your role is to provide high‑quality cleaning services to ensure our clients’ environments are spotless, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise cleaning operations across designated sites
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Support and cover cleaning staff during absences
  • Respond to urgent cover needs across the region
  • Order supplies – IT skills required

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Great communication skills and experience in a similar cleaning setting
  • Supervisor experience – a must
  • Team player providing an excellent service across the Verts Group
  • The ability to make the best decisions with Verts in mind
  • The ability to adapt and respond to change in a growing organisation
  • IT skills needed

What You’ll Bring:
