This position supports the smooth operation of Fleet Services, including workshop management, MOT testing, driver compliance, third‑party contractors, and customer relations. It is an entry‑level opportunity focused on data entry and compliance support in a busy operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Fleet team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
- Collecting and logging keys for vehicles returned to the depot
- Monitoring and recording vehicle usage and defects
- Assisting with tachograph data tracking and compliance records
- Maintaining accurate data across systems and spreadsheets
- Supporting general fleet compliance and operational processes
Essential Experience
- Ability to commit to the 10am – 6pm shift, Monday to Friday
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑focused environment
