The successful candidate will provide support to pupils on a 1:1 basis, as well as working with small intervention groups.**Key responsibilities will include:*** Providing 1:1 support for pupils with a range of specific SEND needs, as required.* Supporting and delivering learning activities with small intervention groups.* Putting into practice adaptations to learning as identified by class teachers and the SENDCo.* Working collaboratively with class teachers, the Pastoral Assistant and fellow Teaching Assistants to provide effective support for pupils.* Further details about the role and responsibilities can be found in the job description.**Desirable experience:*** Previous experience of working within an educational setting.* Experience of supporting pupils with SEND.* Experience of working with children with High Needs.**Salary:** Grade 15 point 3, £17,571 per annum, pro rata**Hours of work:** 30hrs 25min per week.
