Aureus School is seeking a Student Welfare Manager to lead safeguarding and welfare across our 11–16 school. You will work within the pastoral team, alongside the Head of Year, parents and students to provide guidance and support that builds confidence and resilience in young people.
You will collaborate with families, teachers and external agencies to secure positive outcomes and ensure safeguarding responsibilities are fulfilled effectively.
