Blackfriars Academy is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our school team in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to pupils with educational, behavioural and pastoral needs, including 1:1 mentoring and monitoring progress.
You will help with classroom activities, liaise with parents and carers, and promote attendance, inclusion and engagement while contributing to a safe, inclusive school environment.
