New Meaning Training seeks a Transition Support Tutor to help young people aged 15-25 facing barriers such as anxiety, autism or trauma.
You’ll start in safe settings (often at home) and guide learners gradually into small groups and Buckinghamshire centres, with potential mainstream inclusion and employment.
You will deliver PALS and SEMH support, plus Functional Skills as appropriate, building relationships and adapting approaches for each learner’s journey.
