We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role working closely with customers, our sales team, designers, warehouse and suppliers to help deliver outstanding service to our schools.
At Limitless, we believe sport should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Our products are designed specifically for young people, helping to build confidence, encourage participation and support active lifestyles.
As demand for the brand continues to grow, we're expanding our team to support existing customers and help drive future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day support to our field-based sales team.
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Coordinating artwork and designs with our in-house design team.
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of school website portals.
- Liaising with suppliers, factories and our warehouse team regarding orders.
- Checking and dispatching teamwear orders.
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
About You
You'll be someone who:
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoys delivering great customer service.
- Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Can prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
- Is confident using Excel and Outlook.
- Has previous experience in an office-based administration or customer service role.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.

Location and Working Hours
Our Head Office is in Oundle. A town half-way between Northampton and Peterborough. Hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. This is an office-based position
25 days holiday pa, in addition to bank holidays.
