Sale and Operations Administrator in Peterborough

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role working closely with customers, our sales team, designers, warehouse and suppliers to help deliver outstanding service to our schools. Our products are designed specifically for young people, helping to build confidence, encourage participation and support active lifestyles. As demand for the brand continues to grow, we're expanding our team to support existing customers and help drive future growth. Providing day-to-day support to our field-based sales team. Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email. Assisting with the creation and maintenance of school website portals. Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the business. Enjoys delivering great customer service. Is confident using Excel and Outlook. Has previous experience in an office-based administration or customer service role. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading brand and develop your career within a growing business. Our Head Office is in Oundle. Hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. This is an office-based position 25 days holiday pa, in addition to bank holidays.
