  • Sourcing & Supplier Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK and Far East suppliers.
    • Support the identification and onboarding of new suppliers where appropriate.

    • Ensure suppliers understand the requirements and standards of the Schoolblazer and Limitless brands.
    • Assist with supplier visits to maintain strong working partnerships.
  • Development & Production
    • Support the management of the end-to-end product development process.
    • Work closely with merchandising to ensure production is delivered on time.
    • Attend and contribute to fit sessions, ensuring actions are followed through.
    • Oversee sample management, including tracking, quality checking, labelling and storage.
  • Quality & Technical Support
    • Ensure all samples meet required standards, including measurement against size charts.
    • Support garment tech with bulk production QC, ensuring consistency between sample and production.
    • Maintain a strong focus on product quality, performance and durability.
  • Systems & Team Support
    • Maintain accurate product and cost information within internal systems.
    • Support the wider team and intern as required.
