· Collating samples for schools from the warehouse and new products from merchandising

· Manage the development of new garment launches and maintenance of existing products

· Regular correspondence with schools with regards to item changes, issues and new product development

· Creating detailed spreadsheets for buying and merchandising team to place orders

· Requesting CAD artwork from the design team

· Crest/ artwork origination and sampling to school for approval

· Build new school websites in collaboration with the school with regards to layout and terminology used

· Ensuring existing websites are up to date with product listings, photography and uniform regulations

· Maintaining database with key information

· Have great communication skills

· Be able to work to deadlines

· Prioritise and organise own workload

· Work well within a team

· Have meticulous attention to detail

· Reasonable knowledge of Excel and Outlook

This junior position will work alongside two experienced Product Managers – full training and ongoing support will be provided., We have no fixed conceptions! We are a people-driven, entrepreneurial business who believe that drive, fit with our values and a willingness to learn are at least as important as experience. The successful candidate will meet many of the criteria outlined above, but we recognise that some training will be required on top of the usual "welcome and induction" plan.
