This SEMH school is looking for 2 experienced Full Time Teachers for the 'Outstanding' rated SEMH School for September 2025. The school supports young people aged 6 – 19 with ASC, communication and sensory needs. They offer life skills and a wide range of GCSE/BTEC accreditations alongside a functional skills/entry level pathway. Behaviours across the school are excellent.
They are seeking 2 Teachers:
1 An Innovative Teacher of ICT/STEM
2.Science Teacher
You:
- PGCE, Qualified Teacher status or equivalent teaching qualification and evidence of in-service training.
- Strong academic qualifications and experience in teaching ICT, Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths.
- Strong ICT skills, a passion for staying informed and engaged with technology and the ability to share this with others
- Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
- Ability to create and maintain strong nurturing relationships with young people
- Experience of managing a range of approaches to learning, to include the students with anxiety/reluctant leaners.
