School Staffing Solutions are working with a school in Kings Lynn who require an SEN Tutor. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to pupils' needs.
  • Assist pupils with learning, engagement, and behaviour in line with our trauma-informed approach.
  • Contribute to monitoring progress and implementing therapeutic strategies.
  • Collaborate with staff and external professionals to support pupil wellbeing.
  • Maintain professional conduct and uphold our EPIC values: Excellence, Passion, Integrity, Caring.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience supporting children in educational or care settings, ideally with SEND or complex needs.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, behaviour management, and social-emotional development.
  • Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a commitment to inclusion and pupil wellbeing.
  • Willingness to work towards QTS/QTLS as part of professional growth.
