Salary: Up to £36,800 per annum depending on experience

Start Date: July 2026

Hours: 40 hours per week (within operating hours of 7:30am - 6:30pm)

As the Nursery Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead a brand-new setting from launch. You'll be responsible for creating a positive, nurturing environment for children, families, and staff while ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding, and compliance. This role is perfect for an ambitious leader who is ready to leave their mark and play a key role in the growth and success of a new nursery.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and approachable, with the confidence to make informed decisions and the dedication to help establish and grow a successful new nursery from its very first day.

Essential Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
  • Level 5 qualification in Early Years, Leadership, or Childcare Management (desirable)
  • Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
  • Safeguarding training

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Experience managing nursery operations and ensuring compliance
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
