You'll be responsible for creating a positive, nurturing environment for children, families, and staff while ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding, and compliance. Essential Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
- Level 5 qualification in Early Years, Leadership, or Childcare Management (desirable)
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Safeguarding training
Experience
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Experience managing nursery operations and ensuring compliance
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
