About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students in the Stafford, VA area for the 2026–2027 school year.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative school team while receiving dedicated clinical support from AnthroMed throughout the school year. You'll work with a blended caseload that includes students with articulation and language needs, as well as students with low-incidence disabilities.
Position Highlights
- Full-time position for the 2026–2027 school year
- K–5th or K–8th grade caseload
- Approximately 40–50 students
- Blended caseload with articulation, language, and low-incidence needs
- Shared office space available
- Active member of a multidisciplinary team
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Dedicated clinical support and mentorship
- Bi-weekly SLP team meetings
- Materials and professional development support
What You'll Do
- Provide speech and language therapy services based on students' individual needs and IEP goals
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative services to students
- Support students with articulation, language, and other communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Use evidence-based practices to support students' communication and educational goals
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- ASHA certification or eligibility
- Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility for Virginia licensure
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting students and providing high-quality speech and language services
Compensation & Benefits
- $68,000–$88,000 annual salary
- Paid weekly every Friday
