D4 Medicals, a fast-growing UK-based Occupational Health provider, is hiring a full-time Web Developer to enhance its digital platforms. This role offers UK visa sponsorship after a successful probation period and is ideal for a creative, technically skilled developer with experience in WordPress and front-end technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise company websites (WordPress & custom code)
• Improve UI/UX, page speed, responsiveness, and navigation
• Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to boost search rankings and conversions
• Create new pages, features, and integrations for expanding services
• Ensure website security, stability, and regular backups
• Support automation projects (e.g., booking systems, dashboards, CRM links)

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress
• Strong understanding of SEO and performance optimisation
• Experience designing mobile-responsive, user-friendly layouts
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
• Experience with booking systems or healthcare platforms (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of web development experience (preferred)

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to commute or relocate to Wolverhampton before starting
• Work location is in person
