Precedo Healthcare is seeking experienced female Support Workers to join a new service in Winsford, supporting individuals with autism in a family-style setting. This role offers guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and the potential for a temp-to-perm transition. The position is ideal for compassionate, proactive professionals with experience in autism support, positive behavioural support (PBS), and de-escalation techniques.

- Salary: £13 per hour
- Hours/Shifts:
- Day shifts: 8 AM – 8 PM
- Night shifts: 8 PM – 8 AM
Role Overview
Support Workers will provide care and assistance to individuals with autism, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. You’ll work as part of a 2:1 staffing team, using PBS and de-escalation techniques to manage behaviours and support daily activities.

- Support individuals with autism in day-to-day activities
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment

- Apply PBS, breakaway, and de-escalation techniques when needed
- Respect family restrictions regarding visits
- Provide consistent, professional support aligned with care plans
Eligibility Requirements
- Previous experience supporting individuals with autism or similar needs
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with PBS, breakaway techniques, and de-escalation
- Ability to complete online training provided by Precedo Healthcare
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Female staff (due to the nature of the role)
- Previous experience in a similar care setting (highly desirable)
- Proactive, flexible, and passionate about supporting individuals with autism
- Relevant practical training certificates (preferred for immediate start)

- Candidates with practical training certificates may be eligible for faster onboarding

Additional Notes
- Service begins December 22nd, with ongoing work available beyond that date
- Additional roles may become available as the service expands
- Families will have limited visits; concerns will be managed by the provider
