About the Role
RLA Digital is seeking a friendly, organised, and adaptable Virtual Receptionist to join our digital marketing team. You’ll be assigned to a group of clients and play a key role in managing their customer enquiries, appointment scheduling, and CRM updates—ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every customer interaction.
