Liruss is expanding and looking for a proactive, personable Virtual Assistant to support a small portfolio of clients with admin, scheduling, and creative tasks. If you love keeping things organised and being the calm in the storm for busy entrepreneurs, this is your moment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage diaries, inboxes, travel bookings, and meetings
- Draft emails, documents, and internal processes
- Update CRMs and coordinate projects
- Handle light finance admin (invoicing, tracking)
- Support social media scheduling and Canva graphics
- Upload blogs and manage basic website updates (WordPress, Squarespace)
- Research content ideas and assist with client communications
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of admin experience (remote experience a plus)
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Friendly, warm, and self-motivated personality
- UK residency and work eligibility required
