PDSA, the UK’s leading veterinary charity, is recruiting a Receptionist to join their busy hospital in Sheffield. This part‑time role (24.5 hours per week) is key to delivering excellent customer service to clients, supporting hospital operations, and ensuring smooth patient processing.

Role Overview
Receptionists are the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive sympathetic and courteous service. The role involves managing hospital reception duties, processing clients, handling enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients attending the hospital
- Process clients and maintain PDSA paperwork
- Answer telephone enquiries courteously and efficiently
