Role Overview
As a Service Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide professional support to the Service and Compliance Manager, helping coordinate service projects, maintenance visits, and contract renewals. You’ll liaise with customers, suppliers, and engineers to ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with service project coordination and contract renewals
- Maintain and create electronic customer records
- Liaise with customers and suppliers via phone and email
- Order parts and raise purchase orders
- Send order confirmations and prepare contract documentation
- Schedule maintenance visits and update engineer diaries
- Close completed reports and update customer records
- Provide general administrative support to the Service Team
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
