Keane Premier Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to lead care delivery at Ryan Meadows Care Home. You’ll help shape residents’ well-being through hands-on care, medication management, and team leadership—all while fostering a warm, dignified environment. What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and mentor care assistants on night shifts
  • Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) with sensitivity and respect
  • Administer medication and monitor vital signs
  • Collaborate on and implement personalised care plans
  • Maintain clear records and ensure compliance with care standards
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Uphold confidentiality, safety protocols, and a positive care home environment

What You Bring

  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in elderly residential or dementia care settings
