Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join its growing team. This permanent role is based at the Warwick site and involves providing remote customer and technical support for veterinary products, equipment installation, and services. The position is ideal for candidates with a background in veterinary nursing, biological laboratories, or veterinary reception.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Troubleshoot customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Distribute contacts to relevant teams based on product offerings
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments
- Log and action service additions (e.g., add-ons, cancellations) accurately
- Process additional service requirements (e.g., immunotherapy orders, monthly digital cytology charges)
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on recurring issues
- Meet performance goals including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Experience
- RVN degree or relevant experience preferred (e.g., veterinary receptionist, lab technician)
- Technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with empathy and professionalism
- Strong relationship management skills, including conflict resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs
- Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
