Overview
DataAnnotation is seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate to help train and refine AI models. This is a remote, flexible contract role open to UK-based applicants, ideal for individuals with strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.
You’ll work on projects that involve evaluating AI-generated responses, testing chatbot logic, and improving model performance through detailed feedback and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign complex tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
- Assess the quality, accuracy, and logic of AI-generated content
- Provide feedback to improve chatbot performance and user experience
- Apply research and fact-checking skills to ensure content reliability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
- A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
