Position Overview

As a Research Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in the setup, delivery, and management of clinical trials. You’ll assess, plan, and coordinate care for research participants, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, ethical standards, and study protocols. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and compassionately will support patients throughout their research journey.

This role requires autonomy, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. You’ll work across specialties and locations, promoting research opportunities to patients and clinical teams alike.

  • Basic understanding of research governance and methodology

Safeguarding & Compliance

This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Successful candidates must also join the DBS update service and provide criminal record certificates if applying from overseas.
