The successful candidate will provide personalised 1:1 and small-group teaching, plan tailored lessons, assess progress, and contribute to a structured, safe, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 and small-group tuition in English and Mathematics (KS2, KS3, GCSE)
- Plan and prepare tailored lessons and schemes of work
- Conduct baseline assessments and regular progress reviews
- Design, invigilate, and mark assessments (mock exams, timed exercises)
- Provide clear feedback to students and parents on progress and next steps
- Promote effective study habits, confidence, and independent learning
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson content, assessments, and communications
- Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection requirements
- Contribute to a positive and structured learning environment
