Trinity College London is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to support candidates using its Secure English Language Testing (SELT) facilities and products. Advisors will be the first point of contact, guiding candidates through their exam journey, handling queries, and ensuring compliance with Trinity’s policies and regulatory requirements. Two positions are available: one permanent and one fixed‑term contract (12 months).
