Role Overview
The Patient Engagement Co-ordinator will act as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth onboarding, follow‑up, and ongoing support. The role requires empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage patient queries while supporting clinical and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new patients and guide them through clinic and pharmacy processes
- Conduct outreach to obtain patient feedback
- Follow up with patients to discuss outcomes and next steps
- Provide reassurance and clear information to patients with varying levels of technological proficiency
- Reschedule and coordinate appointments to optimise satisfaction
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Support clinical team with patient data collection and assessment criteria
- Liaise with product and tech support teams on technical issues
- Attend work-related meetings and maintain mandatory training
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Required Skills and Experience
Essential
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High IT proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven
- Understanding of regulated industries and compliance requirements
