Position Overview

As an Outreach Support Worker, you’ll engage directly with people sleeping rough, assess their needs, and deliver tailored support. You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to help clients access services and move toward stable housing and improved wellbeing.

This role requires flexibility, empathy, and resilience. You’ll work early morning shifts starting around 6am, standard office hours (9am–5pm), and occasional weekends, bank holidays, or late shifts to ensure support is available when it’s needed most.
