Role Overview

The Office Administrator will support the Executive Assistant and wider team by managing office operations, logistics and employee onboarding. The role requires strong organisational skills, administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Operations & Support: Manage supplies, address operational needs and support the Executive Assistant
  • Administrative Support: Handle documentation, scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Office Environment & Logistics: Maintain communal areas, manage equipment, assist with events, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Employee & Onboarding Support: Manage inventories (lockers, headsets), assist with onboarding/training and support desk setups and policy adherence

Required Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Prior administrative experience in office operations
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professionalism, reliability and punctuality
  • Initiative and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
