TEAM Energy is seeking a proactive Customer Account Manager to join its sales team in Milton Keynes. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working (2 days office-based, 3 days remote), a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and employee ownership benefits.
Job Summary
You will manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 400 business customers in the energy services sector. Acting as the primary relationship manager, you will drive customer satisfaction, renew service contracts, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with support teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management (preferred)
- CRM Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Dynamics, vTiger, or similar; MS Office skills essential
Working Arrangement
Hybrid role: 2 days per week in Milton Keynes office (typically Tuesday/Wednesday), 3 days remote. Professionalism and productivity expected on remote days.
