Delta Care Ltd, an award-winning and CQC-registered care provider, is seeking Home Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes across Cheshire East (including Macclesfield, Knutsford, Wilmslow, Stockport). This full-time role offers paid training, career progression, and the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Location: Cheshire East & surrounding areas (office: Cooper House, 382a Third Ave, Trafford Park, M17 1JE)
Pay: £12.62–£12.80 per hour (includes 40p performance bonus)
Mileage Allowance: £0.30 per mile
Contract Type: Full-Time (part-time also available)
Hours: Mornings (7am–2pm) & Evenings (3pm–10pm)
Weekend Availability: Required (every other weekend)
Licence Requirement: UK Driving Licence and own vehicle (car or bike)
Certification Requirement: Care Certificate (training provided if not already held)
Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK
Role Overview
The Home Care Assistant will provide community-based support, enabling individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. Duties include personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and daily living support.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and follow individualised care plans
- Assist service users with getting in and out of bed
- Provide support with washing, bathing, and dressing
- Prepare meals, drinks, and snacks
- Assist with toileting and changing clothes
- Support daily living tasks (cleaning, shopping, managing finances)
- Adhere to Delta Care Ltd health and safety policies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Drivers only (essential requirement)
- No prior qualifications or experience required (full paid training provided)
- Paid training (online and in-house induction)
