SchemeServe, a UK-based Insurance SaaS provider with over 22 years of innovation, is seeking a talented Product Designer (UX/UI) to join its team. This role focuses on designing intuitive solutions for the insurance accounting module, balancing product strategy with hands-on design execution. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful user experiences, while contributing to the company's design system and culture of innovation.

As a Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design process—from discovery research and user flows to polished UI. You'll translate complex insurance workflows into simple, elegant experiences, champion user needs, and ensure scalability through design systems.
