Chartwell Trust Care is seeking a Female Support Worker to join its residential and supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour. Job Summary

The Female Support Worker will provide personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily living tasks. The role requires patience, flexibility, and the ability to manage challenging behaviour while encouraging independence and participation in social activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals
  • Encourage independence and emotional wellbeing
  • Assist with domestic duties (cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal finances)
