Role Overview
The Junior Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the operations team, coordinate property-related tasks, and ensure smooth daily business operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking progression opportunities in administration and property support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the operations team
- Maintain organised records, databases, documentation, and spreadsheets
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation
- Assist with procurement and supplier coordination (quotes, purchase orders)
- Support office logistics including equipment, supplies, and onsite coordination
Property Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for tenant queries and maintenance needs
- Assist with safety checks, inspections, and contractor visits
- Support documentation and compliance processes (leases, certificates)
- Assist with rent tracking and budget expense monitoring
