What You Will Do
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support daily living activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation
- Conduct regular wellbeing checks to ensure safety and comfort
- Adhere to care standards, health and safety policies, and client privacy guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous care experience is preferred but not required
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
