Tesco Bank is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join its Core Banking team in Glasgow. This is a full-time, hybrid role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You’ll support Savings and Loans customers through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring their financial needs are met with care and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via inbound and occasional outbound calls
- Assist with account openings, fund transfers, and digital banking support
- Take ownership of customer queries from start to resolution
- Use judgment and tools to resolve issues and provide tailored solutions
- Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes
- Educate customers on Tesco Bank’s full range of products and services
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude throughout
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills and Experience
- Customer service experience (call centre preferred, but retail/hospitality also considered)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and resilient in complex situations
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and multiple systems simultaneously
