The Executive Assistant provides personal assistance and executive support to the Chief Executive and Leadership Team. This role ensures smooth leadership operations, supports decision-making processes, and optimises workflows through effective use of technology and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive assistance to the Chief Executive and Leadership Team, including diary and inbox management.
  • Manage Leadership Team meeting cycles: scheduling, agenda development, coordinating papers, logistics, minutes, and action follow-up.
  • Progress the use of technology and AI tools to optimise workflows and capacity.
  • Ensure effective two-way communication between the Leadership Team and the wider organisation.
  • Support documentation and timely follow-up of leadership decisions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong experience providing executive support to senior leaders.
  • Excellent IT and technical capabilities.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • High standards of integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to balance operational and strategic priorities.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
