Job Summary
The Outbound Sales Representative will be instrumental in finding and converting leads, expanding the customer base, and mentoring a small team. The role requires strong outbound sales experience, pipeline management, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads to qualify and convert them into sales opportunities through cold calls
- Build an online presence to generate leads via social selling and email outreach
- Identify lapsed customers and re-engage them through tailored outreach strategies
- Analyse closed-lost opportunities and develop re-engagement strategies
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline effectively
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs using the Booksy Sales Methodology
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Candidate Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in outbound sales (B2B environment)
- Experience selling to SMB businesses at high volume preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and persuasion skills
- Competitive, driven, resilient, and highly organised
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
